2013 - While you may feel you have worked hard for your share of security, you might find little consolation in this years disruptive and unstable influence. Security isn’t necessarily all it’s cracked up to be though, so thinking in broader terms could have exciting payoffs. Think about it - security can often mean a stalemate or boredom for the more fiery and progressive of rams. Security can also take away the necessity to strive, so if you had too much of it, you actually won’t become the high achiever you long to be. This year Uranus won’t help you quelch your creative drive if you aim for comfort. Instead, Uranus will help you to push the boundaries of imagination and possibility, so you see - Uranus, needn’t be your enemy.

The attraction to alternative and independent sustainable living is a very real temptation for those of you in a position to do something about it. These may well be the very years that you look back on with pride; only when you have overcome suffering, can you say you’ve really achieved. (Not in a martyrish way, but in a very existential way. You’ll have to fight the dragon in order to rise triumphant - there is no other way to become the shining hero which you were born to be.) For those of you born between the 31st March - 3rd April a once in a lifetime opportunity arises and it takes the form of a challenge. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to understand how personal ideals can conflict with the needs of a greater society and vision. This process could be painful, uneasy and stressful - but is it worth the injury? The Battle? The striving? YES!

You’ve got to realise where the point of tension lies and find a way that makes everyone involved a winner - not just you and not just those that appear to oppose you. You may have expanded your horizons through networking, now that you know all and sundry, from the end of June a change of fortunes helps you realise a home move or renovation (instead of feeling like a chore, it can feel like a blessing) - it could be that there is good news and the family is expanding. The possibility to get reconnected with something you valued in your past or the family could feel like a real gift from the gods. Remember to appreciate it. If you have family abroad you may be feeling more at home there than here (wherever here is.) You need a lot of space and a big home is going to feel most appropriate. Revolutionary impulses are driving you forward and at times you may not recognise yourself, but you are taking the kind of leap that requires a little faith and a lot of courage. I know you won’t shy away from just such a possibility. Try and enjoy it because life isn’t always this magical, experimental or dynamic as it is in 2013.
